Our Chef and Staff
With roots from San Giuseppe Jato, right outside of Palermo, Sicily, our food comes with authentic flavor and flair and a unique dinner concept. Cucina LaMantia is family owned and operated with New Jersey's own Executive Chef, Charlie LaMantia, leading the way with passion, enthusiasm and an appetite to bring his and our family’s love of food to Greenville.

A night at Cucina LaMantia will have:
